CSR/ Sustainability Performance for Nestlé

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability metrics site CSRHub recently updated its ratings on Nestlé and the 217 companies in the Food Products Industry.  Nestlé’s overall rating currently is 59 after the most recent updates to their CSRHub page.

The average rating for the other companies in the Food Products industry is steady at 53.  Nestlé has moved up eighteen points and is currently in 26th place on the list, using the CSRHub average user profile. You can see more information about Nestlé at their CSRHub page here.

Nestlé has a particularly strong score of 62 in the Environment area.  This is due to a high score in the Policy and Reporting category of 67—well above the average for this industry which is 50.  The area with the greatest opportunity for improvement for Nestlé is the Human Rights and Supply Chain.  Here, Nestlé gets a 47 —well below the industry average which is 57.
